What's the difference between Pay-As-You-Grow and monthly plans?
Pay-As-You-Grow has no monthly fee — you only pay a small fee when families pay online. Monthly plans have a fixed monthly cost but lower or no transaction fees, plus additional features like parent portal, automated reminders, and more.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All monthly plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. Pay-As-You-Grow is free to start with no trial needed — you only pay when you collect payments.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll get prorated credit. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers for your subscription. For collecting payments from families, we support cards, ACH, and you can manually record cash, check, Venmo, or other offline payments.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime and your account remains active through the end of your billing period.
What's included in the free migration?
We'll import your roster, set up basic teams, configure waiver templates, create your first registration form with fees, and recreate your current season schedule. This is included on every plan.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes! Registered 501(c)(3) organizations receive 20% off monthly plans. Contact us with your EIN to apply the discount.
What if I need more than 300 athletes on Growth?
You can either upgrade to Pro (unlimited athletes) or contact us about adding athlete packs to your Growth plan at a discounted rate.
