Common questions

Is the Done-For-You Switch really included?

Yes. Every plan includes Done-For-You Switch for your roster + your first registration setup + your current schedule.

Do I have to get on a call?

Not usually. Small programs can switch async. If we hit a complex billing setup or need a precise cutover time, we'll book a quick 15-minute call—only when necessary.

How long does it take?

Most programs go live within 48 business hours after we receive your export.

What systems do you migrate from?

Most programs come from spreadsheets, TeamSnap, SportsEngine, LeagueApps, or a mix of tools. If it can export a roster, we can migrate it.

Will parents need to download an app?

No. Parents can use the portal from any phone browser. (An app is optional, not required.)

Can we track Venmo/cash/check payments?

Yes. Record manual payments (Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Check, etc.) and keep a clean ledger without chasing people.

Does Team Wizard work for adult leagues too?

Yes. You can run youth programs and adult leagues. Adult players can self-register, and families/guardians can register minors.

What if we have multiple programs, schools, or a district?

That's a sales-assisted rollout. Book a demo and we'll map the implementation plan (and on-site kickoff is available for large deployments).

What if we're not ready to switch today?
